Core Technology: Dual-mode scanning with precise "zero" error
PLE-3000G integrates both 3D mechanical scanning and optical scanning systems, completing scans of monocracy, binocular, or stencil in just 3 seconds. In terms of precision, the device achieves a radial runout accuracy of ±0.05mm, ensuring that each lens is processed precisely to fit the frame.

Efficiency and capacity: Fast and stable, handling batch orders with ease
PLE-3000G patternless edger achieves efficient output while ensuring precision. After about a 3-second scan, the grinding process can be synchronously started, with a single machine capacity of up to 15 standard bars per hour. It has built-in large program storage space, easily meeting the needs of multi-variety and large-scale processing. It supports rapid setup of pupillary distance (PD) and pupillary height (PH). The machine can store up to 500 sets of template data, greatly facilitating batch orders and repeated processing.

It is equipped with four built-in grinding wheels with a diameter of 95mm, enabling fast processing speed. The main unit is equipped with a high-power motor, making the grinding process more powerful and faster. The total power of the machine is 15KW. And there are two water supply systems; the machine can connect both the pump and the water tank or directly to the tap water pipe. The water supply method can be freely selected according to different processing environments.

The PLE-3000G is not just a simple patternless edger, but a highly integrated lens processing center. It supports a full range of processing steps, including chamfering, polishing, grooving, and sharp edges. Among them, the grooving function allows for custom adjustment of width and depth, and the chamfering function is also adjustable in depth, flexibly meeting the personalized needs of different customers and frame types.
The equipment also supports a full range of lens materials, including resin, PC, high-fold, and glass. Whether it's conventional prescriptions or special lenses for high myopia/hyperopia, all can be finely adapted through a parameter adjustment system.

Operation experience: Touch interaction, intelligent one-click start
The equipment uses a 7-inch high-definition LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 1024×600. The graphical menu interface is intuitive and easy to use, supporting multi-touch operation. The device supports a fully automated one-touch start process; operators only need to place the lens, select parameters, and press start to automatically complete the entire process of contour recognition, center calibration, and trimming and polishing. The maintenance and calibration function can also be accessed directly via the touchscreen, significantly lowering the technical threshold for equipment operation and maintenance.
